Colleen Redding
Aesthetic Clinician
Colleen is a Registered Nurse and has extensive experience within the health industry. She has worked as a clinical nurse specialist, nurse educator, clinical nurse consultant and management positions within both Hospital & Community Health. During her career Colleen has piloted many projects to improve ‘clinical practice’ and received Excellence Awards within New South Wales Health.
In 2011 Colleen transitioned to Aesthetics and the Industry of Cosmetic Medicine. She is a ‘natural look’ advocate who is committed to ongoing professional practice, regularly attends Cosmetic Conferences and Master Class events with world renowned Plastic Surgeons.
Colleen is an accredited Cosmetic Injector who performs advanced cosmetic procedures. She works closely, and in consultation with Riverina Cosmetic Medicine’s prescribing Doctors below.
Alicia Keen

A family Affair! (Mother & Daughter)
Alicia is a Registered Nurse and joins our team with a remarkable journey, completing two degrees- initially Bachelor of Education and more recently her Bachelor of Nursing. She has now transitioned to the Aesthetic Industry & Riverina Cosmetic Medicine welcomes her friendly & approachable nature which has attracted her many clients.
Alicia is a natural look advocate also, her focus is beautiful refreshing results, which enhance her client’s unique features without changing what makes them unique. She loves working in Aesthetics, has an eye for detail and believes true confidence shines through when we feel our best inside & out. She is focused, dedicated & compassionate bringing the Art of Aesthetics and Science to her client’s.
She is passionate about ongoing Professional Development & is currently continuing her studies within the Aesthetic Industry. She looks forward to continuing to meet the RCM family & welcome’s all new clients.
Dr Albert Ho
Cosmetic Physician
Dr Albert Ho and his team of prescribing Doctors are delighted to expand their services to include the prescribing and ongoing clinical reviews when required for Riverina Cosmetic Medicine. Dr Ho graduated from the University of WA in 1984 as a medical doctor and is now a well known leading Cosmetic Physician. He was the founder of the first National Cosmetic Group and is the Director of the many Renaissance clinic’s across Australia.
Dr Ho is also passionate about education and training. He provides clinical supervision and ongoing clinical support to many Doctor’s and Cosmetic Nurse Clinician’s in the Aesthetic Industry.
Dr Vetton Lee
Cosmetic Physician
Dr Vetton is a medical doctor who worked for many years in the healthcare industry throughout the UK and Australia. His skillset widely extends from general practice, general surgery and emergency medicine which has shaped him into becoming an all rounded doctor with the utmost professional and holistic care.
He is an advocate in both education and research, having developed multiple training programs in phlebotomy and cannulation for doctors and nurses across Hospitals throughout the UK. Most recently he has transitioned to the Aesthetic/ Dermatology Industry. Dr Vetton continues to enhance his professional skills in non-surgical procedures and is delighted to expand his services providing clinical support and Telehealth prescribing for Riverina Cosmetic Medicine clients.
Dr Mo Jaggard
Cosmetic Physician
Dr. Mo graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2006 with honours and has spent the last 10 years in the public sector working in various medical specialties.
Dr. Mo embarked on a career in cosmetic medicine because she has a love of procedural skills; and a passion for anatomy, facial symmetry, and for making her patients feel confident about themselves.
She strives for natural, age-appropriate results for her patients and does so by structuring a step-by-step approach to achieving her patient’s goals.
